Absolutely great experience from the first time I called in! 2-3 weeks ago I had a Daikin 12k mini split installed in my mobile coffee trailer!

Dave and his crew came out and did a fantastic job. It was not an ordinary job but they did fantastic! Fast forward to last night, I experienced an unfortunate event. 3 of the 4 bolts hold my fan motor on the outside unit came loose, it fell sideways and destroyed the fan. I sent message to Dave via Text per instructions on their voicemail the next day. He had his guys out to look at it within an hour. They checked it out, took off to grab parts, came back and got me back up and running!

From first contact to having AC again was maybe 3 hours. Now rs what I call service. I was impressed through my whole experience and highly recommend Just Ductless for any work you might need done that falls within their guidelines.

Side note – Dave took the time to paint my brackets black to match the trailer!

I had 3 rental units fitted with Daiken single head units to replace gas wall furnaces. The tenants were very pleased with the installation and performance of units. They are quiet with good performance…its been 3 years and no complaints.

They are not just ductless. They work on all kinds of HVAC.
I had the heat go out Sunday afternoon. Not good. Called two contractor friends. Both said Just Ductless was the only service they deal with period. Called Sunday late afternoon and was told they would back to me in the morning. ( my emergency heat feature was working).

Next morning , 8:00am comes a knock at the door and it the guys from Ductless.
Not just the guys, the owner himself. They went to the unit, ran some tests and said my thermostat was sending a bad signal to the unit and asking for AC not heat. Shish.
Older unit , they sad the rest of the unit checked out 100% AND the just happened to have a replacement thermostat on the truck.

Back in business!
This IS good service folks, better even and I thank them for their expertise and timeliness.

Very knowledgeable and helped me decide the best unit for my application. Have had no problems with unit over the past two years.

All of my questions were answered honestly and completely. Installation was performed by knowledgeable folks who made simple adjustments that fit nicely with the way the outside of my house looks. And the cost was significantly less expensive than other local companies. I would definitely recommend Just Ductless to anyone who wants to upgrade their home heating and cooling system!
