How to work a Ductless system Remote
Our example is from a 19 series Daikin system and a in out next blog we will look at the Bryant Evolution series remote. Check your system manual for you system specific options. We will be going over the basic operation modes and when to use them. Not all remotes are the same, but for the most part they have similar features and buttons.
To use the remote controller, aim the transmitter at the indoor unit. If there is anything to block signals between the unit and the remote control the unit will not operate. The maximum distance for communication is approximately 23ft.

Note for Multi System
When more than one indoor unit is operating, priority is given to the first unit that was turned on.
In this case, set the units that are tuned on later to the same operation mode as the first unit.
Otherwise, they will enter the standby state, and the Operation lamp will flash: this does not indicate malfunction.
